Two Insurance Based Checklists & 2020 Resources Available

Two New Checklists:

For our last two checklists of the year, we wanted to address insurance-based issues.  These two checklists cover many of the common items to look for when reviewing a client’s insurance policies and doing a needs analysis.

What Issues Should I Consider When Reviewing My Health And Life Insurance Policies?: A client’s life and health insurance policies are a key part of their overall financial plan. It’s important to ensure that these policies are reviewed each year to ensure that your client has the coverage they need. If there are gaps you can work with them to fill these gaps.

What Issues Should I Consider When Reviewing My Property & Casualty Insurance Policies?: A client’s property and casualty insurance policies are a key part of their overall financial plan. It’s important to ensure that these policies are reviewed each year to ensure that your client has the coverage they need. If there are gaps you can work with them to fill these gaps. 

 

2020 Resources Are (Maybe?) Available

Almost every resource has now been updated for 2020 based on the CURRENT laws as of 12/15/19.  But you may want to hold off from downloading any right now.    With the recent news, it seems likely that the SECURE Act will pass and that many resources will need to be updated which we will do as soon as we can.  If the SECURE Act passes, we will be marking each resource webpage as a draft and let you know on the resource webpage that the 2020 versions do not reflect the SECURE Act.
