Restricted Stock Units: A New Checklist In The Equity Compensation Series

As businesses begin to open up and your clients head back to their offices (or decide not to), equity compensation will be a hot planning topic. Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) are an increasingly popular form of equity comp, which has prompted frequent requests from fpPathfinder members for a checklist to support their conversations.

The RSU Checklist Is Ready For Prime Time
