Actionable feedback: That’s what members provide every Spring when they respond to our annual survey. A trend that emerged from the most recent survey is that members wanted our team to cover additional information in new ways. So we took their lead and went to work to create the following two summary guides that cover business retirement plans, a frequently requested topic:  

  • Common Retirement Plans For Small Business Owners
  • Common Pension Plans For Small  Business Owners
Clarity Clears The Path For Decision Making 

Small-business-owner clients crave direction when it comes to establishing retirement and pension plans. After all, time is of the essence when saving for retirement.

The process can be overwhelming because options are myriad, and the most appropriate choice may not be obvious. That’s when it is helpful to use these succinct summary guides to help map the distinctions among the options to identify the best fit for the client’s situation. 

Both guides are valuable reference tools that help fpPathfinder members craft and lead goal-based conversations that transparently address:

  • Maximizing retirement savings
  • Incentivizing employees
  • Managing costs and administrative complexity
  • Optimizing income tax planning

Consider using these summary guides during conversations with business and tax counsel to help formulate a recommendation for the client. Members who do will strengthen existing referral sources and connect with new centers of influence.
